Essential Responsibilities:

  • As an Advanced Lead Engineer you will participate on process changes, material changes and various testing and calculations
  • Collaborate closely with international team members as well as cross-functional partners from other engineering disciplines, our team is multilingual
  • You will follow engineering standards, and technical best practices
  • Collaborate with design, systems, materials, and certification engineers to define requirements, review design changes, and support design to certification activities
  • Use daily ANSYS system for various analyses and engineering tools
  • You will be expected to use your mechanical component and stress & life analysis expertise to ensure safe, reliable, and robust designs that meet program requirements.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Education: Master degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a closely related engineering discipline must have
  • Relevant engineering experience needed
  • FEA tools: Hands‑on experience with finite element analysis, preferably using ANSYS
  • Experience in mechanical/structural analysis or similar
  • Analysis fundamentals: Strong knowledge of mechanics of materials, structural analysis, fatigue, and fracture mechanics
  • Experience in aviation industry nice to have
  • Stress resistant

Would be an advantage:

  • Regulatory awareness: Awareness of aerospace certification concepts and prior exposure to EASA Part 21 / CS‑E compliance demonstration practices
  • Experience in turboprop engine programs: Prior work on commercial turboprop or turbofan engine components is an advantage
  • Global collaboration: Experience working in international or cross‑cultural engineering teams
