International consumer goods brand with strong global presence is seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial leader for the role of CEO Europe based in Prague.
This is a key leadership role with full responsibility for commercial performance, market development, distribution strategy, and management of local partners across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full P&L ownership for the assigned Europe region
- Development and execution of commercial and distribution strategy
- Management and development of key business partners
- Negotiation of commercial terms at regional and local level
- Identification of growth opportunities and market expansion
- Close cooperation with global headquarters
- Performance reporting and KPI management
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Senior manager with proven multi-market leadership experience
- Strong commercial mindset and independent decision-making ability
- Background in a comparable industry (strong advantage)
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Strategic thinking combined with operational execution
- Fluent in English (daily communication with HQ)
- Willingness to travel within the region
- Based in Prague
