Relocation Field Consultant (Flexible Engagement/Project-Based)

About the role
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Relocation Field Consultant to join our team at Move One. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, independence, and working with international clients, while having the flexibility to manage their own workload.

As a Relocation Consultant, you will support expats and their families throughout their relocation journey - from first arrival to full settlement. You will be their trusted local guide, helping them navigate everyday life, administrative processes, and the housing market.

What you will do

  • Act as the main point of contact for international clients relocating to the Czech Republic
  • Assist with home search, including cooperation with real estate agents and property viewings
  • Support clients with settling-in services (orientation tours, schools, local services)
  • Handle and coordinate immigration-related processes and communication with local authorities
  • Provide practical guidance on local culture, customs, and day-to-day life
  • Ensure a smooth and positive relocation experience for each client

What we are looking for

  • Excellent Czech language skills (native or near-native level) - essential due to daily communication with authorities
  • Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken)
  • Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and with confidence (verbally and in writing)
  • Confidence in dealing with institutions and administrative processes
  • Ability to communicate and cooperate effectively with real estate agencies
  • Good organizational and coordination skills, with attention to detail
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills - you enjoy working with people
  • Strong service inclination and customer orientation
  • Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work both independently and in the field
  • Solid PC skills and strong administrative capabilities
  • Accuracy and Punctuality

Other requirements

  • Driving license and access to a car (for property viewings and client tours)
  • Active trade license (živnosť) or established company (s.r.o.) for cooperation on a contractor basis

Nice to have

  • Experience in relocation services, immigration, HR mobility, or corporate services
  • Background in real estate or cooperation with real estate agencies
  • Experience working with expatriates or international clients
  • Personal experience with the real estate market (e.g. renting, buying, or selling property)
