Are you a finance professional with solid intercompany experience looking for your next step in an international setting?
Our global client is growing its accounting team and is seeking a skilled Intercompany Senior Accountant who can ensure smooth and compliant financial operations across multiple entities.

???? Your Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and process intercompany payables and receivables, including preparation of recharge invoices.
• Perform and maintain reconciliations, ensuring intercompany balances remain at zero — and explain discrepancies when needed.
• Contribute to month-end closing activities and partner closely with the General Ledger team.
• Spot inefficiencies and recommend improvements to the Team Leader.
• Ensure all activities comply with US GAAP and internal controls.
• Support internal and external audits and participate in continuous improvement projects.

✅ What You Bring

• 3+ years of finance experience within a multinational or multi-entity environment.
• Strong understanding of accounting standards and intercompany workflows.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; SAP experience is an advantage.
• Solid command of English and Czech (written & spoken).
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work under deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
