We are a Czech scale-up that developed its own product a few years ago - a platform connecting merchants with banks and their clients. If Rewards from Air Bank or Moneyback from Česká spořitelna sound familiar to you, then that's us. But we haven't been limited to the Czech Republic for a long time - thanks to satisfied banks that recommended us, we now cooperate with Slovak, Romanian, Hungarian, Austrian, Croatian, and German banks. And we definitely don't stop there.

Who are we looking for in the team?

We are looking for a Bank Partnership Manager to join our banking team who is not afraid to immerse themselves in the world of our clients and help them use the potential of our programs to the fullest. This is not about classic support or hard sales - we are looking for a partner for our banks who will be their guide and reliable partner for further growth.

In order to continue to grow, we need to not only maintain but also deepen our relationships with our partner banks. That's why we're looking for a new colleague to help us with this.


How does our banking team work?

We collaborate across teams - with sales, data analysts and product. We communicate with banks mostly online, but personal meetings during business trips are just as important to us. Thanks to many years of experience, we can focus on what has a real impact - while not shying away from finding new and creative ways.

How will you fit in?

  • You will be the main contact for the entrusted banks, often the largest on the market.
  • You will monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (e.g. client activity) and help banks understand data and how to use it effectively.
  • You will educate, inspire, and set realistic expectations - share best and worst practices.
  • By actively seeking opportunities, you will help expand cooperation and bring in revenue from upsells.
  • By listening and asking questions, you will gain valuable insights that will help develop our product.
  • You will prepare presentations for regular meetings with banks that will support your efforts.


How do we imagine you?

  • You have a business mindset and a sense of finding opportunities.
  • Presenting in English is a natural part of your job, but you can also communicate in German
  • You can work with data and analysis and enjoy interpreting them.
  • You are curious, persistent, and not afraid to go for the result.
  • You have experience with account management, customer success, or consultative sales.
  • Proactivity, imagination, and a drive to score are your strengths.


Knowledge of the finance or banking environment is an advantage.

  • You like independence, but at the same time, you will appreciate the support of your colleagues in the team and from data analysts.
  • An international environment attracts you - we operate from the Czech Republic, but you will also cooperate with banks in Germany, Austria, Romania, Hungary, Slovakia, and Croatia. With occasional visits to them in person.

Path to becoming one of us:

  • We will honestly manually review your CV and submitted materials.
  • Introductory call with Vojta (~30 min) — AI will help with the registration.
  • Online interview with Vojta and Henning (~60 min).
  • Case study (max 2–3 hours of work; focused on a real problem).
  • Personal meeting in Anděl— case presentation and introduction to the team.
  • We will check references.
