Who we are looking for:

We are seeking a team member who is willing to learn standards (ISO27001, TISAX) and relevant automotive and aviation regulations. You should be curious about how these sectors operate, interested in contributing to security and safety, and motivated to help steer information security in the Mubea Group.

Your responsibilities:

• Support the ongoing management and development of Information security in the Mubea Group.
• Help operate and maintain Information Security Management System (ISMS) platforms (SharePoint, DMS, E-Learning portal, etc.)
• Contribute to strengthening the cyber security awareness program, including content creation
• Participate in the review of internal ISMS documentation
• Assist in risk management activities, including risk assessment and tracking risk mitigation
• Cooperate with various teams across the IT department (e.g. IT security, Information security, IT Operations)

Job requirements:

• Fluency in Czech and English language, ability to summarize and present results of own work,
• Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word,
• Ability to interpret legal requirements into internal policies and procedures
• Ability to communicate the importance of information security to relevant stakeholders in the company.
• Interest in Information Technologies
• Independence, ability to communicate, reliability, flexibility, carefulness
