Regional Security Manager – Eastern Europe

Do you want to stand on the front line of protecting data, people, and operations?

We are looking for an experienced Regional Security Manager to lead the security strategy for the Eastern Europe region and ensure our organization remains #safe #secure #resilient.

Your Mission

• Define and implement the Security Strategic Plan in alignment with the Group’s global strategy.
• Drive the security transformation journey across Information Security, Physical Security, Operational Resilience, and Business Continuity.
• Monitor and mitigate risks, set up treatment plans, and ensure their execution.
• Coordinate local security initiatives and penetration testing campaigns in collaboration with Group Security.
• Ensure informed security decisions are made and escalate critical issues to executive management when necessary.
• Manage budgets, resources, and investments to achieve security objectives.

 
What We Expect

• Proven experience in cybersecurity, risk management, and implementing security strategies.
• Strong technical knowledge of IT security (network components, firewalls, VPN, anti-malware, vulnerability assessment, penetration testing).
• Familiarity with standards and frameworks (PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, NIST).
• Excellent leadership skills, ability to lead teams and communicate with senior management.
• Fluent English (additional languages are a plus).
• Certifications such as CISM, CISSP, GIAC, or ISO 27005 are highly desirable.
• Willingness to travel within the region and occasionally to Paris.
