Shape the next generation of our production and SCM processes with us

Operating from our headquarters, our team of 100 experts continuously develops group-wide business applications, infrastructure, client services, and IT security.

Your Role in the Team

You will actively shape the transformation of our production: from the transition to SAP S/4HANA and the further development of supply chain processes to the digitalization of manufacturing, you will realign structures, processes, and data. In doing so, you will develop end-to-end processes across SAP, MES, and engineering systems, laying the foundation for future-oriented, digital manufacturing:

SAP Systems & Process Integration: You will manage and further develop the central SAP MM module (Purchasing, MRP, Inventory Management, and Valuation) and help design and stabilize warehouse and intralogistics processes in SAP WM. You will ensure tight integration between MM, WM, and PP, particularly along material and production flows.
Transformation & S/4HANA Migration: You will support and optimize PP-related processes (e.g., material provisioning, confirmations, MRP-related topics) and actively participate in the migration from SAP R/3 to S/4HANA. The focus will be on seamless, integrated end-to-end processes, clear data models, and sustainable architectures. You will analyse existing processes and assist in the targeted reduction of legacy systems.
Project Work, Support & Documentation: You will work closely with colleagues from various departments and provide second-level support. Furthermore, you will proactively contribute to (inter)national projects, such as rollouts, system harmonizations, or new manufacturing/logistics requirements, and document processes and systems to ensure efficient knowledge transfer.

Your Profile

You have a completed technical or commercial education (Matura/High School diploma or University degree) and bring relevant experience in SAP MM, WM, and PP-integrated production processes.
You are interested in holistic production processes beyond SAP (MES, engineering systems) and have a strong understanding of cross-module SAP integration, including impacts on FI/CO.
You are experienced in reading/debugging SAP ABAP code and can critically challenge, simplify, and standardize existing solutions (S/4HANA).
You stand out with your analytical, structured, and solution-oriented way of working. You possess very good German and good English skills, along with a passion for teamwork and active participation.
