Deine Aufgaben

• Du analysierst Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse der Gruppengesellschaften und unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Konzernabschlüssen.
• Du pflegst die Bilanzierungs- und Berichterstattungrichtlinien der Gruppe und überwachst die Einhaltung und Übereinstimmung mit IFRS.
• Du sorgst für einen effektiven, effizienten und schnellen Reporting-Prozess der Gruppengesellschaften.
• Du stellst die Einhaltung der Anforderungen an die Finanzberichterstattung im Rahmen des internen Kontrollsystems sicher.
• Du bist direkter Ansprechpartner für Wirtschaftsprüfer im Rahmen der Prüfung des Konzernabschlusses sowie der Gruppengesellschaften.

Dein Profil

• Du hast einen Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit dem Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen.
• Du verfügst über mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der IFRS-Konzernrechnungslegung und -Berichterstattung, Wirtschaftsprüfung oder Beratung.
• Deine sehr guten Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse ermöglichen Dir, in einem internationalen Unternehmensumfeld sicher zu kommunizieren.
• Du bringst ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und ein starkes wirtschaftliches Verständnis mit.
• Du verfügst über sichere Kenntnisse in der Rechnungslegung nach IFRS sowie HGB.
• Du bist vertraut mit MS Office, Erfahrung mit SAP ERP ist ein Plus.
• Erste Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Konsolidierungssystemen sind von Vorteil.

Specialist Group Accounting (f/m/d)
Location: Praha - Horni Počernice – Master Builders Solutions Group
Do you want to shape the group financial reporting of an international industrial company and collaborate closely with stakeholders across the globe? Join our Group Accounting team at Master Builders Solutions Holdings GmbH.

Your Responsibilities

• You analyze monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements of group entities and support the preparation of consolidated financial statements.
• You maintain the group’s accounting and reporting guidelines and monitor compliance with IFRS.
• You ensure an effective, efficient and timely reporting process for the group entities.
• You ensure compliance with financial reporting requirements within the internal control framework.
• You act as a key contact for external auditors during the audit of the consolidated financial statements and the group entities.

Your profile

• Degree in business administration or economics with a focus on accounting.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in IFRS group accounting and reporting, auditing or consulting.
• Excellent German and English skills enabling you to communicate confidently in an international environment.
• Strong analytical skills and a solid business mindset.
• Sound knowledge of IFRS and German GAAP (HGB).
• Confident user of MS Office; experience with SAP ERP is a plus.
• Initial experience with consolidation systems is an advantage.
