Control system DevOps engineer (312)

Job description:

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for control system software following industry best practice
• Develop and improve automated testing environments for control systems
• Cooperate with support team and laser operators to ensure stable operation in experimental campaigns
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize deployment and runtime performance of control system applications

Requirements:

• Proven experience in DevOps, CI/CD, and software testing practices
• Experience with SCADA or industrial control systems
• Familiarity with scripting or programming (e.g., Python, Bash, or similar)
• Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git) and build tools
• Good command of English, both written and spoken

Nice to Have:

• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) or simulation-based testing
• Experience in scientific or research environments
