O pozici
Pracovní nabídka
Email marketing at our company is more than just sending campaigns. It’s one of our key channels for communicating with our community, customers, and fans of the brand.
We’re looking for someone who will take full ownership of this channel - from the initial idea, through execution, to evaluation and continuous improvement.
If you enjoy writing, thinking about what works (and why), and want to see the real impact of your work in both data and user behavior, this role could be a great fit for you.
What you’ll do?
You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of newsletter campaigns - from concept to execution and ongoing optimisation.
What does that mean in practice?
- Planning, writing, building, and sending newsletter campaigns that not only inform, but also engage and drive results
- Owning the campaign calendar, coordinating with stakeholders across the company, and aligning with broader marketing activities
- Designing and editing email templates (including basic HTML adjustments)
- Segmenting audiences to ensure the right message reaches the right people at the right time
- Running A/B tests and continuously improving performance based on data (open rates, CTR, conversions, etc.)
- Analysing campaign performance and proactively suggesting improvements
- Monitoring deliverability, database quality, and ensuring compliance with GDPR and best practices
- Working with tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce Marketing Cloud (a plus)
- Collaborating with analysts to interpret data and implement improvements
- Using basic SQL when needed to work with or validate data (a plus)
- This is not just a “campaign execution” role - we’re looking for someone who will take ownership of email as a channel and actively develop it long-term.
What we’re looking for?
- 2+ years of experience in email/newsletter marketing (ideally in e-commerce or tech)
- Strong skills in segmentation, personalisation, and lifecycle communication
- Basic HTML knowledge (for template editing and troubleshooting)
- Hands-on experience with email marketing tools (HubSpot or Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a strong plus)
- SQL is a plus, not a requirement
- Excellent written English and the ability to craft clear, engaging, and attractive newsletters with a strong sense of tone of voice
- Analytical mindset - you’re comfortable working with data and making decisions based on it
- Proactive, organised, and able to take ownership and drive things to completion
