Your Mission

As the PtP Accountant, you will be responsible for smooth operations in Epiroc's business units of following activities:

  • Process transactions (invoices, credit notes)
  • Match invoices with purchase orders and resolve any mismatches
  • Post invoices into accounting system on a daily and timely basis while ensuring invoices are coded to the correct GL accounts and cost centers
  • Prepare payments and support month-end closing and reporting
  • Analyze vendor accounts, solve negative balances
  • Reconcile vendor statements
  • Performance according to KPI, CPI and company policy
  • Communicate with vendors to resolve account discrepancies and respond to vendor inquiries
  • Communicate with internal clients, provide support and solutions
  • Participate on improvement and optimization projects
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects and special tasks, as assigned

Your profile

We’re looking for someone who’s detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn. You’ll thrive here if you enjoy problem-solving and working in a global team.

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Some experience in Accounts Payable
  • Good command of English, other languages are a plus
  • Solid Excel knowledge
  • Understanding of finance processes and accounting principles
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • A friendly personality with a sense of responsibility and attention to detail
  • Czech citizenship or valid work permit
