Within the group, DEXIS solutions include a full portfolio of award-winning digital solutions from intraoral x-ray to CBCT and intraoral scanning to treatment planning software.

Currently we are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative with German.

The team consists of professionals supporting our customers from Europe and working together with sales teams across regions. Customer Service Representative is a key element in all administrative processes of the Customer Service Department in order to provide the best customer experience and to ensure that our company is a reliable, professional and responsible partner for all its customers.

What is your role going to look like?

  • You can expect order handling of DEXIS devices and spare parts.
  • Pre-handling of orders, verification of prices, discounts and product configurations.
  • Entering sales and purchase orders and creating device configurations in ERP.
  • You will be responsible for confirmation of delivery times for the customer and monitoring of delivery times.
  • Collaboration in the credit block and credit processes with customers and Finance Department.
  • You will also help to maintain customer sales area agreements in ERP system.
  • Collaboration in the item data maintenance process.

Job Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and German close to native.
  • 1-3 years Experience in Customer Service Field is an advantage but not mandatory
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and in writing)
  • Customer centric approach
  • Curiosity and drive for continuous improvement
  • Ability to operate computer systems with accuracy and efficiency (SAP, CRM & Oracle) is an advantage but not mandatory
  • Ability to adapt and implement new procedures as required to provide excellent customer service
