We are seeking an experienced Supplier Quality professional to lead supplier performance and development in a complex, international environment.
This role offers a unique opportunity to influence strategic suppliers and drive sustainable quality improvements across the value chain.

What you will do:

• Evaluate, monitor, and develop suppliers
• Conduct supplier audits (ISO, VDA, IATF)
• Track supplier performance (quality, OTD, cost)
• Manage non-conformities and drive problem solving (8D, 5 Why)
• Collaborate closely with Procurement, Engineering, and Operations
• Support new product introduction (NPI)
• Work with data, KPIs, and reporting tools (BI, SAP)

What we are looking for:

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Quality or similar)
• 5–10+ years of experience in quality (supplier / manufacturing / supply chain)
• Strong knowledge of quality tools: APQP, PPAP, FMEA
• Experience with supplier audits (ISO 9001, VDA, IATF)
• Hands-on problem-solving skills (8D, 5 Why, root cause analysis)
• Data-driven mindset and KPI tracking experience
• Fluent in English

Nice to have:

• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor / VDA 6.3 certification
• Six Sigma Green or Black Belt
• SAP experience and German language
