As we prepare to touch down in Prague, we are looking for an Airport Agent who is ready to build our airport footprint from the ground up. How You'll Contribute
- Work independently on all aspects of customer service related tasks, including but not limited to reservation and ticketing, customer service/complaints, loyalty program, and Company products and service inquiries.
- Attend Company arranged customer service training and pass all qualification assessments.
- Submit weekly station reports, including Ad-hoc waivers and STPC summaries; ensure safekeeping, control and proper use of accountable documents; work closely with the Company's Sales Team, Marketing Team and Airport Office to generate outstanding customer service.
- Assist with the setting up and testing of customer service lines and related systems and services.
- Perform other duties as assigned by immediate manager.

- Problem-solving skills to overcome organizational challenges on people policies, issues and conflicts.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Possess the legal right to work in the Czech Republic.

It's what else matters
- Language: Good command of Czech and proficient in English.
- Education: Bachelor's degree and above in aviation, or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Work Experience: Minimum two years’ experience in the travel industry, focusing on customer service or reservation and ticketing.
