Responsibilities:

Assist with supplier onboarding processes, including collecting supplier intake forms and additional required documentation or information
Support initial supplier due diligence checks and ensure required information is complete
Maintain and organize procurement documentation including supplier records, contracts, and procurement files
Assist with record keeping and filing of procurement related documentation
Support tracking of supplier onboarding status and pending documentation
Assist with preparation of procurement documentation and internal procurement trackers
Participate in procurement meetings and assist with meeting notes and follow-up tasks
Communicate with internal stakeholders to collect required procurement information when needed
Help maintain procurement databases and internal records related to suppliers, contracts, and procurement activities
Support procurement process improvements and administrative tasks for the department as assigned


Requirements:

Strong organizational and administrative skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage documentation accurately
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as within a team
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
