We are looking for a colleague to join our Sales team who will serve as a key technical support for our customers.

What will be the content of your work

  • Handle and solve technical problems / diagnostics support to customers (distributors, workshops, fleets) online / on site

  • Provide diagnostics support
  • Support sales of products, workshop tools and diagnostic solutions
  • Ensure technical training, participation in industry events
  • Support the development of the Knorr-Bremse workshop concept
  • Handling of warranty claim management
  • Dealing with technical documentation (translations and participation in creation).

What knowledge and skills should you have

  • University degree at mechanical engineering or technical high school

  • Brake system knowledge
  • English min. at B2 level (NJ is an advantage)
  • MS Office knowledge (mainly Excel and PowerPoint)

Important is

  • Technical mind with enthusiasm for learning

  • Organizational, presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to solve problems, independence, responsibility, flexibility
  • Ability to self-motivate, strong customer and results orientation
  • Willingness to travel, mainly within CZ, SK
