We are looking for a colleague to join our Sales team who will serve as a key technical support for our customers.
What will be the content of your work
Handle and solve technical problems / diagnostics support to customers (distributors, workshops, fleets) online / on site
- Provide diagnostics support
- Support sales of products, workshop tools and diagnostic solutions
- Ensure technical training, participation in industry events
- Support the development of the Knorr-Bremse workshop concept
- Handling of warranty claim management
- Dealing with technical documentation (translations and participation in creation).
What knowledge and skills should you have
University degree at mechanical engineering or technical high school
- Brake system knowledge
- English min. at B2 level (NJ is an advantage)
- MS Office knowledge (mainly Excel and PowerPoint)

Technical mind with enthusiasm for learning
- Organizational, presentation and communication skills
- Ability to solve problems, independence, responsibility, flexibility
- Ability to self-motivate, strong customer and results orientation
- Willingness to travel, mainly within CZ, SK
