We are looking for a structured, commercially minded, and detail-oriented Purchasing Coordinator to support our purchasing processes, supplier coordination, and sourcing activities across the business. In this role, you will work closely with our Procurement & Sourcing Manager based in Sweden, while also collaborating closely with the local logistics team in Bor and our production team on site to ensure efficient purchasing, strong supplier collaboration, and smooth product flow across the organization.

This role is based in Bor, Czechia, and travel is a natural part of the position. Travel may include visits to existing and potential suppliers, as well as occasional visits to other fulfilment locations, including Ohio, US.

Responsibilities

• Purchasing Support & Supplier Coordination
• Support day-to-day purchasing activities and related administrative processes
• Coordinate communication with existing suppliers regarding orders, deliveries, timelines, and product quality
• Support the search for new suppliers and products based on business needs
• Prepare documentation and analysis for supplier discussions, pricing comparisons, and agreements
• Monitor supplier performance in terms of cost, quality, and delivery reliability

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work closely with the Procurement & Sourcing Manager in Sweden to support sourcing initiatives and purchasing priorities
• Collaborate daily with the local logistics team in Bor to ensure smooth inbound flows, product availability, and operational alignment
• Partner with the on-site production team to coordinate purchasing needs, timelines, and material availability
• Act as a key link between purchasing, logistics, and production to support efficient day-to-day operations

Product & Assortment Coordination

• Coordinate product information and support product development activities from idea to launch
• Work closely with Creative, Operations, Marketing and Product teams on new product introductions and assortment expansion
• Support sourcing solutions for new products and alternative suppliers
• Ensure accuracy of product, supplier, and pricing data in internal systems

Operations & Process Administration

• Create and manage purchase orders, track confirmations, and follow up on delivery timelines
• Support inventory planning and product availability coordination across fulfilment centers
• Assist in tracking purchasing budgets, COGS, and other relevant performance indicators
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and support the implementation of more efficient workflows
• Use Excel and other tools for reporting, data analysis, and purchasing administration

Who we’re looking for

• At least 2 years of experience in purchasing, sourcing, supply chain, production planning, or product administration within retail, production, or e-commerce
• Experience coordinating with suppliers and managing purchase orders
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously
• A commercial mindset combined with strong analytical skills
• High proficiency in Excel
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and international environment

It’s a plus if you

• Have experience working with suppliers in China
• Have worked in an international environment or a fast-growing e-commerce business
• Have experience with ERP systems or purchasing tools
• Have previous experience working closely with logistics, warehouse, or production teams
