We are looking for a strategic, business-driven and experienced leader to take full responsibility for the Top Used business across the Czech Republic and Slovakia. This key management role covers the overall performance, development and future direction of the used vehicles segment, with a strong focus on profitability, market positioning and long-term growth.

As Head of Top Used, you will lead and develop the Top Used sales organization, shape the used vehicles strategy across both markets and work closely with senior management on broader commercial objectives.

Main responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of the Top Used business in CZ and SK, including sales performance, profitability and market development.
  • Lead, manage and develop the Top Used sales team, ensuring high performance, clear accountability and professional growth.
  • Define and implement the used vehicles strategy in line with overall business objectives and market conditions.
  • Drive performance management: set targets, monitor KPIs, analyze results and actively support the team in achieving objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealer partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities, optimize stock management and support pricing and sales initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with management, sales, marketing and finance teams on strategic planning and execution.
  • Act as the key internal and external representative of the Top Used segment.

We require:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role with direct people leadership responsibility.
  • Proven background in sales; experience in Top Used is an advantage, but experience from passenger cars or similar segments is also welcome.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to manage performance, profitability and strategic growth.
  • Good understanding of the Czech and Slovak markets, customer behavior and competitive environment.
  • Fluency in Czech or Slovak and excellent command of English (C1 level).
  • Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Strategic and analytical thinking combined with a hands-on, pragmatic approach.
  • University education (Master´s or bachelor´s degree);
  • Proven ability to work independently;
  • Good time management & strong communication skills;
  • An excellent working knowledge of MSOffice (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
