About the Role
We are looking for a commercially driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute impactful marketing strategies across markets. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, with a strong focus on driving revenue, customer growth, and brand performance.
You will work cross-functionally to deliver integrated campaigns, optimize marketing investments, and create a seamless customer experience across all channels.
What You’ll Do
Strategy & Campaign Execution
- Plan and execute end-to-end marketing strategies, including product launches, promotional campaigns, and brand initiatives
- Adapt global marketing strategies to local markets, ensuring strong commercial impact
- Drive consistent and high-performing brand communication across all touchpoints
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate closely with sales, retail, wholesale, e-commerce, and buying teams to ensure alignment
- Partner with performance marketing and CRM teams to maximize revenue, customer acquisition, and retention
Performance & Budget Management
- Own and manage marketing budgets with a strong focus on ROI and efficiency
- Define, track, and optimize key performance metrics (KPIs)
Customer Growth & CRM
- Support the development and execution of CRM strategies, including customer segmentation and lifecycle management
- Drive growth and monetization of the customer database
- Contribute to loyalty programs and mobile app engagement initiatives
Channel Integration & Growth Initiatives
- Integrate all marketing channels (retail, e-commerce, social media, CRM, newsletters, push notifications) into a cohesive 360° strategy
- Support retail and wholesale with traffic-driving campaigns
- Develop and scale affiliate, influencer, and ambassador programs
Market & Trend Analysis
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior within the fashion segment
- Use insights to continuously optimize marketing performance
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in marketing within fashion, retail, or e-commerce
- Strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution
- Solid commercial mindset with a deep understanding of performance metrics (ROI, KPIs, acquisition, retention)
- Experience with CRM systems, performance marketing, and data analysis
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders across markets
- Strong understanding of both brand building and revenue-driven marketing
- Proactive, ownership-driven, and results-oriented
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Your Background
- University degree in Marketing, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Relevant experience in a similar role, ideally within fashion, retail, or e-commerce
