WHO WE ARE

TECNOCAP s. r. o. hereinafter also "SRO", is a part of the Italian group TECNOCAP SpA. The production site is located in Střížovice – South Bohemia and specializes mainly in the production of metal closures and capping equipment. We are following the heritage of traditional Czech manufacturer - Obal Rozkoš.

POSITION

This position is newly created to follow company growth and activites extension in order to respond to continuously increasing IT challenges. The company wants to further enhance its current solid, productive and safe IT infrastructure to be able to continue addressing successfully various IT security risks as well as HW and SW enhancements required by internal customers at local and headquarter levels.

BASIC WORKLOAD – JOB DESCRIPTION

- Managing the team of 4 people including ensuring professional developments of all team members

- Putting in place a process enabling efficient management of tasks and requirements imposed on local IT team (including regular - most likely monthly - presentation of the status of “IT queue” to the local management team)

- Representing IT on important internal projects such as implementation of the new lines, new SWs, new HWs and other approved CAPEX investments requiring IT involvement

- Cooperation with the Group IT team to ensure alignment with Group IT standards, infrastructure architecture and security policies, and to support group projects such as Web Order implementation and cybersecurity initiatives. Managing IT Infrastructure Design and Implementation with the aim to enhance current safe and efficient IT environment of SRO

- Cyber Security and Compliance Management of SRO

- Spreading the knowledge of ISBM to all local IT team members to ensure mutual replaceability of local IT team members

- Enhancing IT documentation level of the main SWs or processes, mainly ISBM to increase the capacity to support parallelly various IT projects requiring technical enhancements of ISBM

- Ensuring smooth and efficient IT Support using the existing ticketing system running on SRO’s intranet

- Suggesting and driving the improvements leading to enhanced existing IT processes (e.g. considering an implementation of ISO 27 00x)

REQUIREMENTS

- Completed at least secondary education focused on IT

- Prior experience with similar IT agenda (responsibilities) for at least 3 years

- Leadership capacity

- Goal congruence, proactive approach, analytical thinking and team spirit

- Ability to communicate in English

Knowledge of:

IT security set-up and maintenance (Active Directory, Firewalls, Endpoint security)

Remote server access administration (OOBM (ILO, iDRAC), RDS-basic)

Hypervisors (VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox, etc.)

Backup Technologies (Veritas, BackupExec, Veeam, Acronis )

Solving users’ various IT related issues (both HW and SW)

Server operating systems (Windows Server 2016,2019, 2022, 2025, Linux výhodou) - level: Basic

Databases design and administration (MS Access, MS SQL Server 2005/2008, Sybase SQL, MySQL, MongoDB) – level: Basic

ERP systems (e. g. SAP, QI, ISBM) – level: Basic

Queries and reports design

Programming and scripting languages
