We are looking for a Integration&Monetization Manager to take ownership of lead monetization, integrations with partners, channels, cascades (Ping Tree), and user journey optimization.
You will be responsible for maximizing revenue from incoming leads by optimizing traffic distribution, pricing logic, API integrations with partners, and post-lead funnels.
What you will be responsible for
Integrations
- Manage and launch integrations with merchant partners.
- Collect and analyze API documentation, translate technical requirements into clear specifications, and coordinate integration launches with the development team.
- Monitor integration performance and resolve data or lead delivery issues.
Lead Monetization
- Channels: Create and configure, and optimize channels (validators, translators, pricing tiers, and settings).
- Cascades (Ping Tree): Build and split-test cascades to maximize EPL (Earnings Per Lead) and overall monetization efficiency.
- Monetization: Maximize revenue from each lead through postback integrations, direct offers, offerwalls, thank-you pages, and email flows.
- User journey optimization: Improve the conversion rate from lead to sale by creating and managing thank-you pages, emails, and SMS flows.
- Cross-team collaboration: Work closely with the BizDev, Performance and IT departments to align technical execution with business and monetization goals.
- Document processes and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
What we are looking for
- Problem-solving mindset above all – we don’t hand out tasks, we hand over problems. You take ownership, figure things out, propose solutions, and drive them to completion.
- 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Affiliate/Traffic Management, Lead Generation, or similar digital product roles.
- Experience working with API or postback integrations.
- Understanding of lead monetization, traffic distribution, and performance funnels.
- Analytical mindset with experience interpreting performance data and making business-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to coordinate between technical and business teams.
- At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English (B2).
- Ability to work on-site in Prague.
