We're growing — and we're looking for a Revenue Manager to join us. Adrez Living is Prague's largest managed apartment operator. 23 properties, 500+ units, all in the city centre. We run a lean, tech-enabled operation and we take revenue seriously.

What the role involves:

→ Managing pricing and availability across 10 locations

→ Working directly with OTAs — Booking.com, Expedia, and others

→ Owning the channel manager and keeping everything aligned

→ Collaborating daily with our Customer Care and Reservations teams

→ Operating across multiple systems and booking channels simultaneously

→ Understanding that revenue management is about net revenue and cost structure — not just Sales rate

You'll be part of a team of three, reporting to our Director of Revenue Management, working in our Prague office.

What we're looking for:

✔ Proven experience in revenue management in hospitality or short-stay accommodation

✔ Comfortable in fast-moving environments with real time pressure

✔ Hands-on with channel managers, OTA’s and OTA extranet platforms

✔ Czech and English — both essential

✔ Based in Prague
