This senior role is responsible for end-to-end controlling, reporting and financial steering of Global Business Services (GBS) operations. Position ensures transparency, financial integrity and decision support across global GBS locations, acting as a trusted finance business partner to GBS Management and Group Controlling.

YOUR TASKS

KPI Management:

• Suggest key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure service delivery performance.
• Track, report and analyze KPI data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.
• Implement corrective actions to address any deviations from KPIs.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

• Develop, manage, and monitor budgets for service delivery operations.
• Prepare accurate forecasts to support financial planning and decision-making.
• Collaborate with finance teams to ensure alignment with organizational financial goals.

Charge Out Processes:

• Manage and optimize charge out processes to ensure accurate and timely billing.
• Develop pricing models and strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining competitive service offerings.
• Coordinate with finance and operations teams to streamline charge out procedures and resolve any billing issues. ·

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, external financial authorities, and internal teams.
• Conduct regular meetings and reviews with clients to discuss performance, address concerns, and explore new opportunities.

Continuous Improvement:

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
• Implement best practices and innovative solutions to optimize service delivery processes.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to keep the organization at the forefront of service delivery excellence.

YOUR PROFILE

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Economics, or Business Administration
• Continuous professional development in controlling, performance management, or shared services
• 6+ years of progressive experience in controlling, finance
• Proven experience in budgeting and forecasting for service organizations, KPI design, cost allocation
• Strong business partnering mindset to support decision-making with financial insights. Solid presentation and storytelling skills for senior audiences
• Advanced English language skills.
