For our sales team, we are seeking a colleague with a passion for hospitality and a positive attitude to join our team. You will be reporting to Director of sales and marking and closely collaborate with all hotel departments.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Passion for Creating Memorable Experiences: A genuine enthusiasm for enhancing guest satisfaction
• Experience in hospitality or events sales: Having strong communication skills and being able to work effectively with other departments
• Be confident in communicating with clients, as well as colleagues
• Exceptional Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to activly connect with meeting organisors, understanding their needs and preferences
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized
• To think outside the box: engage in sales, to explore new ideas and perspectives together with your team colleagues

DUTIES:

• Take a proactive sales approach and in line with strategy, adapt sales solutions to meet client needs and expectations
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in existing and emerging markets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• To develop relationships with local clients, direct bookers and agency bookers
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to adapt sales tactics
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management
