For our largest branch located in Brno, we are currently looking for new colleagues who are not afraid of challenges and want to participate in building a new team for receivables management:

Job Description and Responsibilities:


Comprehensive Receivables Management (AR end-to-end):

  • Responsibility for the complete AR cycle: invoicing, monitoring incoming payments, payment allocation, and customer account management.
  • Regular monitoring of receivables and subsequent dunning with the aim of ensuring timely and accurate collection of payments.
  • Daily communication with customers regarding payments, open items, and potential discrepancies.

Internal Cooperation:

  • Close cooperation with Logistics, Customer Service, Sales, and other teams to ensure a smooth flow of the order-to-cash process.
  • Coordination of customer request resolutions by involving the correct internal stakeholders.

Process Creation and Standardization

  • Active participation in mapping, documentation, and standardization of AR and Cash Collection processes within the newly emerging SSC.
  • Support for the implementation of best practices and process improvement.

Knowledge Transfer

  • Participation in activities related to the transfer of know-how from our foreign branches.
  • Traveling abroad for the purpose of training and learning local processes, which you will subsequently implement in Brno.

What We Expect from You:

  • Language Skills:Very good knowledge of English (min. B2) for daily communication.
  • Knowledge of another language (German, Spanish, or French) is a great advantage for us.
  • Analytical thinking, ability to work with AR reports, aging analysis, cash-flow forecasting, and customer data.
  • Willingness to travel as part of knowledge transfer and training abroad.
