For our sales team, we are seeking a colleague with a passion for hospitality and a positive attitude to join our team. You will be reporting to Director of sales and marking and closely collaborate with all hotel departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the sales team in daily administrative and operational tasks
• Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, and client communications
• Maintain and update client databases and sales records
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of events and bookings
• Assist in identifying new business opportunities and supporting sales initiatives
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity
• Prepare reports, presentations, and sales forecasts

Requirements

• Passion for hospitality and delivering excellent customer experiences
• Previous experience in hospitality, events, or sales support is an advantage
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Self-motivated with a proactive and flexible approach
• Team player with a willingness to learn and contribute ideas
