We are looking for a Demand Generation Manager to help us scale growth by building a predictable, data-driven pipeline engine. This is a strategic role focused on connecting marketing activities with real business outcomes and revenue impact.
What Will You Do?
- Own and drive end-to-end demand generation strategy across the full funnel (awareness → consideration → conversion → pipeline).
- Design and execute integrated campaigns across multiple channels (paid, organic, content, outbound, partnerships).
- Go beyond channel execution — define how we generate and capture demand, not just where we run campaigns.
- Build and optimize pipeline generation engine with clear focus on MQL → SQL → revenue conversion.
- Partner closely with Sales to align on ICP, messaging, and pipeline quality.
- Collaborate with CMO, Product Marketing, and Content to ensure consistent positioning and campaign orchestration.
- Define budget allocation across channels based on performance and pipeline impact.
- Build reporting frameworks, dashboards, and attribution models to measure marketing contribution to revenue.
- Continuously experiment, test, and identify new growth opportunities and acquisition channels.
We’re a Good Fit If You Have…
- 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth, or performance marketing.
- Experience in a SaaS environment (ideally cybersecurity, fintech, or enterprise tech).
- Proven track record of building and scaling a pipeline, not just running campaigns.
- Strong understanding of B2B funnels, buyer journeys, and revenue lifecycle.
- Ability to connect marketing activities to business outcomes (pipeline, revenue).
- Analytical mindset and experience with data-driven decision making.
- Hands-on experience with tools like GA4, CRM systems, campaign platforms, etc.
- Strong ownership and ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
- Fluent English (C1+) and confident professional communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
