POSITION SUMMARY

This is a remote, home-based position and the consultant will have to communicate with Customers to determine shipping needs, and determine, initiate, monitor, track and confirm critical deliveries.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Interface with partners in the monitoring and tracking of the distribution process in a global level;

· Confirm the order with agents around the world, as well as monitoring and tracking until the material is delivered to the specified destination;

· Customer service on a global level;

· Update status of each order in Flashtrac (Flash system);

· Create orders in the Flash System;

· Meet on-call coverage schedules when requested (night or weekend) within the limitations provided by law and the company's needs;

· Support International Reverse Process;

· Control and guarantee KPIs.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

· Degree in Engineering, Logistics, Foreign Trade, International Relations or Business Administration (completed or studying);

· Basic Excel;

· Advanced English Skills B2;

· Experience in customer service support and logistics, as well as related process;

· Knowledge in International Logistics.
