For our client - we are looking for an experienced Technical Director for more plants on international level based in Czechia.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement technical and engineering strategies including maintenance and facility and aligned with company growth goals.
- Drive the implementation of modern technologies, automation, and industrial best practices mainly in maintenance / facility on international level.
- Lead, mentor, and build a skilled team within engineering, maintenance, and facility departments.
- Manage technical budgets, capital expenditure (CAPEX), and cost-optimization initiatives.
- Ensure all technical operations meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
We Are Looking For :
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or similar field.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven ability to drive innovation, solve complex technical problems, and manage large-scale projects.
- Excellent communication skills in English (for international projects) and Czech or Slovak.
- Strong leader with strategic thinking, resilience, and a result-oriented mindset.
