Samsung Networks Europe is committed to bringing leading Open RAN (ORAN) solutions to operators across the region. As an Open RAN Solution Manager, you will play a key role in this mission, working closely with customers, partners, and internal teams to deliver tailored and innovative radio solutions.

This position offers the opportunity to operate at the intersection of technology and customer engagement, where your expertise will directly influence the success of our ORAN initiatives. You will be part of a collaborative, international environment with strong support from teams across Europe and Korea.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers in the RAN domain
• Build relationships with key technical stakeholders and decision-makers
• Lead the end-to-end technical presales process across Samsung’s Open RAN portfolio
• Design and develop customer-specific ORAN solutions based on business and technical needs
• Support sales teams with solution positioning, value argumentation, and technical materials
• Stay up to date with market trends and regulatory developments and reflect them in proposed solutions
• Represent the voice of the customer internally and align requirements with R&D teams
• Identify new opportunities in collaboration with the Account Team
• Lead technical streams of RFI/RFQ/RFP processes and coordinate supporting teams
• Maintain strong knowledge of Samsung’s RAN products and underlying technologies

What You Bring

• Experience in telecom industry in a technical or presales role
• Strong understanding of mobile networks, especially RAN
• Proven ability to engage in consultative technical discussions with customers
• Good awareness of market trends and telecom environment
• Strong communication and presentation skills, including interaction with senior stakeholders
• Ability to take ownership of technical topics and decisions
• Degree in a relevant field (Telecoms, IT, Computer Science, etc.) or equivalent experience
• Fluent Czech and English

Nice to Have

• Experience with Open RAN or ORAN ecosystem
• Background in technical sales or solution design
• Experience working with operators or large telecom customers
• Experience leading virtual or cross-functional teams
