Your responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility for the management and successful implementation of a new PEC capacitor production project
• Leadership and supervision of shift leaders and cross-functional teams across production, logistics, and process engineering
• Set up a production management system (KPI, Processes) in alignment
• Ensuring efficient, safe, and stable production operations in line with company objectives
• Direct reporting to the Director of Operations (ESTA)
• Active involvement in cost-reduction initiatives and contribution to budget planning and cost control
• Promotion of positive working relationships and the creation of appropriate and productive working conditions
• Oversight and enforcement of compliance with all legal requirements and internal company regulations

Your qualification:

• University degree (electrical or mechanical engineering
• Proven experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing fundamentals and experience managing cost reducing projects in manufacturing
• Fluent in Czech language, advanced level of English, German is an advantage
• Proven management skills
• Time flexibility, ability to work under pressure, consistency, good collaboration skills
• Ability to motivate a team
