Sales Representative - ON Running Hungary

SPRINT distributes premium sports brands across Central Europe. For the Swiss brand ON, we are looking for someone who will help us grow the brand in Hungary This is not a classic corporate sales role. It’s about building relationships with retailers, activating stores, connecting with the local running community and helping the brand grow in the right places. You will spend most of your time in the field - meeting store owners, working with sales staff, organizing product testing events and helping develop the ON network across Hungary. We are looking for someone who enjoys people, sport and building things from the ground up
What you will do
Your role will focus on developing the ON brand across Hungary, mainly through close collaboration with key retail partners.
Your work will combine three main areas:
Retail relationships
visiting running specialty stores and sports retailers across Hungary
building strong relationships with store owners, buyers and shop staff
presenting collections and supporting seasonal preorders
helping stores sell the product successfully
Store activation & events
organizing test runs, store events and product activations
working with local running communities and clubs
supporting retail partners with brand visibility and in-store activities
representing the ON brand in the running environment
Market development
identifying opportunities to grow the brand in the Hungarian market
working closely with the SPRINT team (sales, brand management, marketing)
planning activities and working with sales data
supporting long-term development of the distribution network
The role is independent and field-based, with a high level of autonomy

Requirements
native Hungarian speaker
good working English
driver’s license & willingness to travel
basic business / sales experience
ability to work with Excel and presentations
Location: ideally Budapest
Working model
Freelance / contractor basis (self-employed) high level of independence & flexibility
Compensation & benefits
Base monthly compensation: ~€2,000+
Quarterly & yearly performance bonuses
