???? About the Role
- We are looking for a proactive and commercially driven Marketing Manager to take ownership of marketing across a portfolio of real estate development projects.
- This role goes beyond execution — you will work closely with commercial and development teams, shaping how projects are positioned, marketed, and brought to market.

???? Key Responsibilities
- Drive marketing strategy for commercial real estate projects (industrial, logistics, mixed-use)
- Develop high-quality marketing materials including brochures, presentations, and digital content
- Create and manage project branding – from naming to visual identity and on-site experience
- Manage digital channels – listings, microsites, online visibility, and content
- Support leasing and commercial teams with marketing tools, pitch materials, and campaigns
- Collaborate with external partners and brokers to increase occupancy and deal flow
- Organize events and launches (property presentations, industry events, open days)
- Monitor market trends and competitors and translate insights into actionable initiatives
- Work closely with internal teams to understand the full leasing process and tenant journey
????What We’re Looking For
- Experience
- 4+ years in marketing, ideally within real estate or B2B environment
- Experience working on projects, campaigns, or product-level marketing
- Background in property, development, or asset-based business is a strong advantage
???? Skills & Mindset
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of business drivers
- Ability to translate complex concepts into clear and compelling messaging
- Proactive, self-driven personality – you don’t wait for instructions
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Good sense for visual storytelling and branding
