Are you a strategic leader who thrives on building connections and driving results? At the Augustine Hotel Prague, we are looking for a Sales Manager to elevate our presence in the luxury market. If you are passionate about the art of high-end hospitality and possess the drive to turn opportunities into lasting partnerships, this role is for you.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• You will be attending internal Meetings and Conference Calls, Client Appointments and Client Events
• You will develop and execute innovative sales strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue for our rooms, banquets, and unique event spaces
• You will be responsible for ensuring revenue maximization, achievement of personal targets and increasing fair market share versus competitor set
• You will conduct site inspections and represent the Hotel, telling the story of our historic property

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a strong relationship and knowledge about the local market
• You display a proven track record in luxury hotel sales with a deep understanding of market trends
• You have an impeccable command in English and Czech (additional languages are a plus)
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, (Excel/PowerPoint/Word)
• Opera Cloud knowledge (is a plus)
