We are looking for an experienced Group HR Specialist to support our Corporate HR team. You will manage end‑to‑end HR operations with a strong focus on pan‑European payroll, compliance, and process optimization. The role blends payroll expertise, HR generalist support, and active involvement in HR projects and system improvements.
SOME OF THE INTERESTING CHALLENGES AHEAD OF YOU
- Coordinate monthly payroll across multiple countries
- Lead payroll provider transitions and global payroll implementation
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery with external providers
- Review payroll inputs/outputs and drive process standardization
- Handle onboarding/offboarding and employment documentation
- Provide HR generalist support for selected countries
- Ensure data accuracy and policy compliance
- Monitor labor law changes and assess impact
- Collaborate with legal and payroll advisors
- Support GDPR compliance and HR audits
- Support C&B administration and harmonization
- Ensure correct payroll reflection of C&B elements
- Work with HRIS systems and ensure data integrity
- Identify opportunities for automation and digitalization
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
- Contribute to payroll transformation, compliance updates, C&B initiatives, and HR standardization
- Cooperate with payroll providers, legal advisors, Finance, HR teams, and office coordinators
WHAT YOU NEED TO SHINE IN THIS ROLE
- Strong understanding of European payroll processes
- Knowledge of labor law principles across multiple jurisdictions (with support from external experts)
- Analytical mindset with focus on accuracy and compliance
- Experience with HRIS systems and process optimization
- Ability to work in an international, matrix environment
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and detail-focused
