Customer Support & Operations Assistant (Remote, Part-Time) Europe-Journey

€8–10/hour/+bonuses

Europe-Journey is a fast-growing travel company providing private transfers and tours across Europe. We’re looking for a reliable, proactive team member to support customer service and daily operations.

What you’ll do:

  • Communicate with customers (email, chat, phone)

  • Manage bookings and provide service information

  • Coordinate with drivers and partners

  • Handle changes and customer requests

What we’re looking for:

  • Fluent English

  • Strong communication & problem-solving skills

  • Detail-oriented, independent, well-organized

  • Good geography knowledge & research skills

  • Knowledge of ChatGPT / AI tools + ability to think critically

  • Own laptop & smartphone

Working hours:

  • Flexible (by agreement), ~30 h/week (more possible)

  • Availability between 06:30–21:00 CET

  • Includes afternoons/evenings + occasional weekends

What we offer:
