Job description:
- Quality Manager is responsible for smooth operating, recruitment, goal setting for roles such as: Quality Inspection Team, Engineers, Laboratory, Technical Quality Engineer, Quality System Engineer and all specific Quality Controls& Measurements teams
- Implement and maintain quality standards in accordance with industry standards and customer expectations
- Promote Quality culture to every employee using training / sensibilization actions
- Pilot performance result of its perimeter, challenge teams in a continuous improvement way, make prioritization and plan action plans to be implemented.
- Drives elements of organization projects and processes to ensure overall quality is continuously improving
- Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes
- Identify quality control processes to ensure criteria are met at all times
- Manages all processes connected with executing tests to check final product adherence to the company standards
- Manages teams and processes which deal with recording of findings and relay this information
- Masters the quality of implementation of the processes in the workshops;
- Updates and disseminates the indicators related to the quality of the products and the costs in case of lack of quality;
- Uses statistical techniques to improve efficiency of inspection performed and processes monitoring the goods and processes;
- Performs internal product & process audits and shop floor review;
- Train, implement, manage and validate First Article Inspections
- Manage Plant qualification processes
- Manage non conformity process on his perimeter
- Checks the delivery documentation - checks the status of the non-compliant parts (FNC), confirms the completeness of the documents.
- Escalate rapid response issues
- Customer, Certification and all kind of audits preparation, participation and follow-up tracking
- Direct communication and escalation management with the customer, supplier, headquarter
- Skills and deep understanding :
- AS/EN9100, APQP, 8D, QRQC, PFMEA
Required Skills & Competencies:
Technical Skills
- University degree in Engineering
- Professional experience at least 10 years in Quality, 5 of which are on a managerial role
- Language skills: fluent English, both written and spoken
- Excellent Computer skills – MS Office

- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Managerial skills and ability to motivate others
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Attention to detail to ensure a high level of quality
