What will you do? ????
- Responsible for the execution of management policies in all their aspects, assuming the duties of the Hotel Director in their absence
- Organize, manage, coordinate, and supervise, by delegation of the Director, the entire hotel operation, both in the accommodation area and in Food & Beverage
- Coordinate and supervise the work of department heads
- Convene and/or participate in regular briefings with department heads to provide information, receive updates, and discuss arising matters
- Ensure quality levels in line with established objectives; welcome and attend to guests throughout their stay at the hotel
- Collaborate in the preparation and monitoring of the budget
- Prepare forecasts with the collaboration of all involved departments
- Participate in hotel sales and marketing activities (tour operators, sales visits, events, etc.), as well as in aspects related to revenue management and e-commerce
- Supervise, together with department heads, staffing reports and personnel ratios
- Participate in recruitment processes, performance follow-up, and general HR policies
What are we looking for? ????
- Minimum of 5 years of previous experience as a Deputy Hotel Manager or Junior Hotel Director in a hotel
- Fluent level of English (knowledge of Czech, Spanish and other languages will be considered an asset)
- Academic degree at diploma level, preferably in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field
- Experience in comprehensive hotel management, including operations and guest relations
- Strong communication skills
- Good commercial and sales skills
- Analytical skills
- Problem-solving abilities
- Teamwork-oriented mindset
- Experience in team management and development
