Central Fluidsystems s.r.o. je autorizovaným prodejním a servisním centrem společnosti Swagelok, globálního lídra v oblasti fluidních systémů s více než 75letou tradicí. Společnost Swagelok má své sídlo v USA (Ohio) a působí ve více než 70 zemích světa prostřednictvím rozsáhlé distribuční sítě.

Responsibilities:

  • Active Prospecting: Hunt for new business through networking, social media, and market research.
  • Direct Sales: Drive the full sales cycle from cold calling and site visits to closing deals.
  • Technical Specification: Get our products designed into major projects (Oil & Gas, Semi, Power etc.).
  • Account Growth: Analyze existing customers to find new ways to sell more products and services.
  • Strategic Planning: Use systematic tools (e.g. sales force) to map out and win complex sales opportunities.
  • Relationship Building: Identify and connect with key decision-makers to build long-term trust.
  • Competitive Displacement: Convince customers to switch from competitors by proving our superior value.
  • Pipeline Management: Keep the CRM updated and maintain a healthy funnel of sales opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Technical Background: Solid understanding of mechanical engineering and industrial applications advantage.
  • Sales Track Record: Experience selling technical solutions in a B2B environment.
  • Hunter Mindset: Highly proactive, self-disciplined, and driven to hit sales targets.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to evaluate customer needs and market data to create growth plans.
  • Communication Skills: Strong presentation skills, English proficiency (minimum B2) and team player.
  • Professional Integrity: Reliable, organized, and capable of building lasting business partnerships.
