Responsibilities:
- Active Prospecting: Hunt for new business through networking, social media, and market research.
- Direct Sales: Drive the full sales cycle from cold calling and site visits to closing deals.
- Technical Specification: Get our products designed into major projects (Oil & Gas, Semi, Power etc.).
- Account Growth: Analyze existing customers to find new ways to sell more products and services.
- Strategic Planning: Use systematic tools (e.g. sales force) to map out and win complex sales opportunities.
- Relationship Building: Identify and connect with key decision-makers to build long-term trust.
- Competitive Displacement: Convince customers to switch from competitors by proving our superior value.
- Pipeline Management: Keep the CRM updated and maintain a healthy funnel of sales opportunities.

Requirements:
- Technical Background: Solid understanding of mechanical engineering and industrial applications advantage.
- Sales Track Record: Experience selling technical solutions in a B2B environment.
- Hunter Mindset: Highly proactive, self-disciplined, and driven to hit sales targets.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to evaluate customer needs and market data to create growth plans.
- Communication Skills: Strong presentation skills, English proficiency (minimum B2) and team player.
- Professional Integrity: Reliable, organized, and capable of building lasting business partnerships.
