We are currently seeking a FINANCE MANAGER to lead all aspects of financial management and planning within the company. As a key member of the Senior Management Team, the Finance Manager will act as a strategic business partner, providing financial insight, operational support, and governance. The role reports directly to the Managing Director and works closely with the Global Vertical CFO.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all financial and administrative operations of the company
• Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant financial reporting in line with local and IFRS standards
• Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Monitor product and project profitability and ensure pricing aligns with profitability targets
• Lead and develop the Accounting and Controlling teams
• Manage liquidity, investments, and foreign exchange in line with company policies
• Contribute to strategic decisions including capital investments and contract reviews
• Continuously improving financial processes and internal controls
• Identify and mitigate financial risks
• Provide financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legal, tax, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with auditors, local authorities, and global finance leadership

Requirements & Qualifications

• 5+ years in a senior finance leadership role
• University degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• Strong expertise in accounting, financial planning, and cost control
• In-depth knowledge of Czech financial regulations and IFRS
• Experience in an international corporate environment
• Proficiency in ERP systems and financial tools
• Fluent in Czech and English (spoken and written)
• Willingness to travel; resilient under pressure and deadline-driven
• Proven leadership skills with a track record of team development and performance management
• Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills
