The main responsibility of this role
We are looking for a true Hunter – a Business Sales Development Manager who thrives on opening doors, entering new accounts, and creating business where it does not yet exist. The role covers the Czech and Slovak markets.
This is a pure new business acquisition position, not account management. You will actively identify and approach potential clients, convert cold leads into long-term partnerships, and develop opportunities in untapped accounts.
We are looking for someone who is energized by working in the field, enjoys the challenge of entering new markets, and is motivated by results rather than routine. Someone who does not wait for opportunities, but creates them.
Your responsibilities
You will identify and pursue new business opportunities in the retail and shopfitting sector, engage with potential clients, and build relationships with key decision makers. You will develop and execute your own go-to-market approach for acquiring new accounts.
You will prepare offers and presentations, lead negotiations, and collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery. A key part of your role will also be monitoring the market, identifying trends, and continuously growing your sales pipeline.
Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in sales or business development (B2B preferred: retail, shopfitting, automotive, etc.)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proactive, independent, and results-driven mindset
• Comfortable with client-facing role, travel, and cold outreach
• Very good English required
