As a Night Audit Supervisor, you will oversee guest assistance during night hours, ensuring a consistently exceptional experience from check‑in through check‑out. As a key representative of the hotel overnight, you play an important role in creating positive first impressions for our guests by maintaining the highest service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be visibly present in the hotel lobby and other public areas during the night shift
  • Act as the representative of the Night Manager in their absence
  • Ensure compliance with all security and emergency procedures, initiating and managing responses when required
  • Manage guest complaints professionally, ensuring they are handled, documented, and resolved promptly
  • Support the Night Auditor with front desk operations and accounting-related tasks
  • Prepare nightly reports as required
  • Coordinate with other departments regarding special guest requests, early or late departures, room changes, and other needs
  • Maintain effective communication and positive working relationships across all hotel departments
  • Adhere strictly to fire, health, and safety regulations and follow established procedures at all times
  • Perform your duties in an environmentally conscious and responsible manner, supporting the team and hotel sustainability goals
