The Customer Experience Support will be the bridge between customers and product. You will setup, run and grow our new Eurowag Connect- online Customer Advisory Board- a multi-language community of Eurowag customers used for fast, actionable feedback (pilot starts in Czech and English language). You will also support NPS and customer‑feedback tasks. This is a hands‑on, part‑time student role that combines community moderation, cross‑functional coordination and data work to help shape Eurowag products and CX decisions.
Job requirements
- Available part‑time (approx. 20 hrs/week). 10hrs/weekin HQ (Tuesday+TBD), 10hrs/week remotely.
- Daily check, moderation and maintenance of the platform(1hr/day).
- Student (Bachelor/Master) in Sociology, Marketing, Business, Communications or similar.
- Strong written communication in Czech/Slovak and English, organized, proactive and curious about customer behavior.
- Comfortable with Excel (pivot tables/vlookups), basic data handling and reporting (PPT)and learning new tools.
Job responsibilities
- Operate on a daily basis and grow Eurowag Connect (new Eurowag online community /Customer Advisory Board): recruit, onboard and engage members; moderate asynchronous discussions and run short polls/feature votes.
- Coordinate with Sales, Country Marketing, Product and UX to recruit participants and surface customer priorities.
- Support rapid feedback loops: help run unmoderated tests and schedule moderated interviews.
- Assist with NPS and feedback activities: update dashboards, run simple Excel analyses (pivot tables, filters), prepare concise summaries, and support closed‑loop follow‑ups.
- Maintain participant records and consent in line with GDPR; keep the research database tidy and usable.
- Share brief weekly highlights and a monthly summary of key customer insight for stakeholders.
