????Your responsibilities will include:
- Active communication with customers about products and services (target market)
- Processing orders and working in CRM
- Reporting
- Occasional translations
- And active collaboration with the team
????You need:
- Fluency in the target language (DE/FR/NL) and English (at least B2 level)
- Good computer skills (especially MS Office)
- Proactive approach and good communication skills for active communication with B2B clients
- Previous experience in customer service is an advantage
