What You’ll Do:

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Legal & Compliance team in drafting, reviewing, and managing a variety of legal documents.
• Conduct legal research on Czech and EU law, especially in areas related to energy, corporate, and commercial law.
• Assist in maintaining corporate records and ensuring compliance with local and EU legal requirements.
• Collaborate with project, finance, and technical teams on development, construction and operation of renewable energy.power plants
• Coordinate with external counsel, notaries, and public authorities when required.
• Assist in due diligence processes for project acquisitions and financings.
• Provide day-to-day legal support to internal stakeholders.

Key Requirements

• Masters’ degree in Law.
• 0–1 years of professional experience, ideally in a law firm or corporate legal department.
• Understanding of Czech corporate and commercial law knowledge of energy law is an advantage.
• Excellent written and spoken skills in Czech and English.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Interest in renewable energy and sustainable business is a plus.
