What You’ll Do:
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Legal & Compliance team in drafting, reviewing, and managing a variety of legal documents.
- Conduct legal research on Czech and EU law, especially in areas related to energy, corporate, and commercial law.
- Assist in maintaining corporate records and ensuring compliance with local and EU legal requirements.
- Collaborate with project, finance, and technical teams on development, construction and operation of renewable energy.power plants
- Coordinate with external counsel, notaries, and public authorities when required.
- Assist in due diligence processes for project acquisitions and financings.
- Provide day-to-day legal support to internal stakeholders.
Key Requirements
- Masters’ degree in Law.
- 0–1 years of professional experience, ideally in a law firm or corporate legal department.
- Understanding of Czech corporate and commercial law knowledge of energy law is an advantage.
- Excellent written and spoken skills in Czech and English.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Interest in renewable energy and sustainable business is a plus.
