Who we are looking for
????Are you passionate about transforming business processes with SAP? Join our team as a Manager - SAP Logistics and play a pivotal role in shaping logistics solutions for leading organizations across Europe.

????Your profile:

• 5+ years of SAP Logistics experience (SD/MM; exposure to EWM/WM preferred), including 2+ full-lifecycle implementations
• Experience contributing to proposals: scope shaping, estimating, demo building, and client presentations
• Strong configuration expertise in SD and MM; working knowledge of EWM/WM/PP/QM/PM is a plus
• Solid end-to-end process knowledge: P2P, O2C, Make-to-Stock/Make-to-Order, intercompany processes
• Excellent workshop facilitation, defect/risk communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in Czech or Slovak and English is a must.
• EU citizenship is required due to potential travel to client sites across Europe

Your future role

• Participate in RFP/RFI responses, contributing to solution creation, scope definition, and key assumptions
• Develop credible effort and cost estimates for Logistics projects (Fit-to-Standard, configuration, testing, data, cutover, hypercare)
• Draft and review sections of Statements of Work (SoW): deliverables, acceptance criteria, risks, and dependencies
• Design and configure S/4HANA Logistics in one or more modules: SD, MM, EWM/WM
• Prepare functional specifications for RICEFW objects; support builds, unit testing, SIT, and UAT
• Lead logistics data objects: define mapping and cleansing rules, execute trial loads
• Act as an SAP Logistics Subject Matter Expert (SME) in cross-offering programs
• Advise external clients on operational controls, compliance, and EU/CZ-specific requirements
• Partner with teams on complex programs to run process diagnostics, validate design requirements, and shape target-state designs for P2P, O2C, warehousing, and transportation
