We are seeking an experienced Coupa Senior Professional to join our Finance environment in Prague. In this role, you will take end‑to‑end ownership of the Coupa Procure‑to‑Pay platform from a business administration perspective, working closely with Finance, IT, and Risk & Compliance stakeholders. You will play a key role in ensuring compliant, efficient, and transparent processes across all non‑IT spend categories. This position offers the opportunity to act as the business system owner of a critical finance platform within a regulated financial institution.


 What you can expect

  • Ownership of the Coupa Purchase‑to‑Pay platform as the business system owner in a regulated financial services environment
  • A role at the intersection of Finance and IT, with broad exposure to internal stakeholders and suppliers
  • Responsibility for end‑to‑end Coupa administration, configuration, and continuous improvement
  • Close cooperation with Finance, Controlling, Risk & Compliance and IT
  • Direct involvement in supplier enablement and spending monitoring process
  • Participation in system upgrades, testing, audits, and governance activities
  • The opportunity to shape processes, reporting transparency, and data quality
  • A backup role for Tagetik administration, supporting business continuity

What we expect

  • Hands‑on experience with Coupa administration or a comparable Procure‑to‑Pay platform
  • Strong understanding of procurement, supplier onboarding, and invoice management processes
  • Experience managing user access, approval workflows, and system configurations
  • Ability to work with financial data, including GL coding, tax setup, and spend reporting
  • Experience in a regulated or audit‑focused environment is a strong advantage
  • Confidence collaborating across business teams, IT functions, and external vendors
  • Structured, detail‑oriented approach with a strong focus on data quality and compliance
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to support users at different seniority levels
