Your responsibilities:

• Managing relationships with key clients (DIY retail chains) in Czech and Slovak markets
• Responsibility for sales results and margin
• Leading commercial negotiations with retail headquarters
• Managing product portfolio and listings
• Planning and executing promotional activities
• Analyzing sales performance and customer profitability
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities
• Cooperation with internal teams (marketing, logistics, trade marketing)

Requirements:

• Experience as a Key Account Manager or in managing retail chain clients (DIY preferred)
• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to analyze sales data and manage profitability
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• High level of ownership and independence
