WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a Junior Group Reporting Specialist to join our Group Finance Team in Prague.

This role will support the preparation and analysis of Group consolidated financial statements in line with IFRS and Group standards, while driving process improvements, automatization and supporting development of new reporting solutions.

SOME OF THE INTERESTING CHALLENGES AHEAD OF YOU

• Monthly review of Group consolidated financial statements, including analysis of segment-level financial results and consolidation adjustments
• Preparation of semi-annual IFRS consolidated financial statements, working closely with Group auditors
• Responsibility for improving processes and reducing manual work across the group
• Implementation of new controls, using data visualization and BI tools
• Daily support and close communication with local finance teams across 11 European countries

WHAT YOU NEED TO SHINE IN THIS ROLE

Must have:

• 2-4 years of experience in Controlling & Reporting
• Knowledge of IFRS accounting standards
• Advanced MS Excel
• Interest in process improvement and automation
• Analytical personality, ability to multitask, effective self-management

Nice to have:

• Group Consolidation experience
• Experience in real estate business
• Tableau or Power apps knowledge
